The plug plants we send are labelled, well established young plants grown in jiffy plugs, placed in a small, clear, biodegradable bag. All the plants are then sealed in a purpose made cardboard box, and packed with biodegradable corn starch peanuts so that you receive your plants in first class condition.
Plant Collections are made up in large batches, hence the saving in cost. Multiple collections will be duplicates and we are sorry but we cannot vary the varieties in these collections to your requirements.
HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS: For a few heavier sundry items (over 2 kilos) there will unfortunately be a higher delivery cost. If you think you may be affected please contact the nursery for a quote.
N. IRELAND: We are shipping to N. Ireland but with slight delays. Every order has to be inspected by UK Plant Health and receive a Phytosanitary Certificate. At the moment we are booking inspections every 2 weeks. Depending when you order your parcel can take between 1 to 3 weeks to be despatched.
EU: At the moment we are not despatching to the European Union. Please don't try to place an order, if we have to return a payment, we will take an administration charge to cover our costs.
Making A Purchase
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
