Can this be used on Begonia plug plants to get rid of powdery mildew?

Yes, we use it as a preventative spray throughout the nursery every week. Don't spray onto plants when the sunshine is strong.
Can this be used on afican voilets.? If so how do you use it on them.?

Yes it can. It works as a spray. If you do have a problem with a pest, use it on once every 3-4 days, otherwise you can use it weekly as a deterrent.
