Look how 'Amanda' is flowering! Back in 2024 we put out a call on social media and in our newsletter that we would love to get hold of Streptocarpus 'Amanda' again. It's a variety that our dad introduced in the 1980s. Partly we wanted it for sentimental reasons but also, as we hold the National Collection of Streptocarpus, we wanted to return it to our collection. #PlantHeritage

We received a leaf in the post and now have about 20 large plants. We continue to take leaf cuttings and hope to reintroduce it again soon!
